Yousician Free Trial: How to Cancel (and Refunds)

Cancel Yousician on the web, step by step
- Work out who charged you: Yousician, Apple or Google Play. If you are not sure, log in at yousician.com and scroll to Membership, which shows the provider.
- If Yousician billed you, stay on yousician.com and go to the Membership section.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm the prompts.
Signed up in the app?
If Apple billed you, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Yousician, then Cancel subscription. If Google Play billed you, open Google Play subscriptions, choose Yousician, tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps. Yousician warns that deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
What happens after you cancel
Premium stays active until the current billing period ends, then the account goes back to the free version. Cancelling does not trigger a refund on its own.
Yousician refund terms
Yousician's payment terms have a 14-day 'cooling-off period' with a full refund, but only if you have not used the paid features at any point in that time. Apple and Google purchases go through their own refund processes. Note also that prices vary by country and promotion, and after a promotional start your renewal price may be higher.
